Report of Allegations and Violations of the Anti-Hazing Law and Policy
Õý°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Ö±²¥ prohibits any form of hazing, whether the activities occur on or off property owned or operated by the University.
Additionally, the University supports and enforces the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Timothy J. Piazza Anti-hazing Law, Act 80 of 2018. Failure to notify the College of an incident of hazing may be a violation of University policy.
As required by Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Timothy J. Piazza Anti-hazing Law, Act 80 of 2018, twice a year (Jan. 1, and August 1) the University will provide a report that includes information about violations that have been reported to the University for the prior five (5) consecutive years. Copies of the report are available by contacting the University Police Department at (570) 408-4377.
This report includes no personal identifying information of any individual and will reflect reported incidents of hazing to the extent that the institution has retained information about these violation(s). The University will update and repost this report on Jan. 1st and August 1st each year. A copy of the reports will be retained for five (5) years.
This report is published in accordance with Act 80 of 2018, the Timothy J. Piazza Antihazing Law.
