While interning in the Wilkes Alumni Office her senior year, she built bonds and relationships that would land her a full time job in the office a few months after graduation. Simmons moved up in the Alumni Office to Associate Director in just two years, and then eventually to Director. She completed her MBA at Wilkes in 2016, which led her to a new passion of teaching.
